The activity is delivered as a set of two 12-week training bootcamps to prepare participants for roles in the technology industry. The Cross-Cultural Tech Bootcamp delivered IT Fundamentals and Amazon Web Services Cloud training to upskill and reskill participants. The Diversity Plus Digital Operations Bootcamp engaged young people to develop their workplace digital operations literacy, attain industry certifications, and deliver pathways into entry-level IT roles. The activity aims to provide paid internships, job opportunities and traineeships.

The activity involves completing units of competency from the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, undertaking an industry placement in a local childcare centre, and participating in regular mentoring.
