Employment Service Delivery Plans

A Service Delivery Plan captures the key commitments a provider made about how they would support participants and employers in their local area if they were to be awarded a contract.

The aim of the Service Delivery Plan is to inform participants and employers about the services they can expect to receive from the provider.

As part of regular performance monitoring, the department checks that providers are meeting the commitments outlined in the Service Delivery Plan.

Providers will display Service Delivery Plans in their offices where they can be viewed, but you can also ask for a copy and the provider will make it available.
