Our new series Hiring Outside the Box promotes building diverse and inclusive workplaces.
In August 2023 the department launched a new series, Hiring Outside the Box.
These short, 30-minute webinars profile different recruitment strategies to help businesses develop inclusive and diverse workforces.
Helping employers and businesses improve their hiring practices ensures a broader pool of talent is considered for jobs across the country.
Initial feedback from the first webinar, which featured industry experts such as Diversity Council Australia, included:
