Workforce Australia employment service provider, SYC, helped a candidate find long-term employment with DJ Maintenance & Construction.

DJ Maintenance & Construction is a family-owned business in Mount Gambier, South Australia. They specialise in trade cleaning in timber mills and manufacturing sites.

Employment coach, Manuia, reached out to DJ Maintenace & Construction for an initial discussion. After hearing their story and who they were looking for, Manuia offered a potential candidate.

After speaking with the potential candidate DJ Maintenance & Construction business owners, Bridgette and Dino Bresolin, supported the candidate into full-time employment.

While Bridgette and Dino were unsure about using Workforce Australia, they have since brought on 5 new team members.
