The Government has released its response to the findings and recommendations in the final report of the independent review into the paid family and domestic violence leave entitlement.

The independent review was conducted by Flinders University and commenced on 15 May 2024. The review considered the operation and impact of the entitlement on victim-survivors of family and domestic violence and employers, including small business.
