Workplace Agreements Database - external data requests
The Workplace Agreements Database provides data on developments in coverage, wage increases and conditions of employment included in collective agreements. It is the database that underpins the Australian Enterprise Agreements Data.
From December 2017 onwards, we will share the data prepared for customised requests with other parties. This helps to build an evidence-based understanding of issues about the content of enterprise agreements and provide the public with wider access to Workplace Agreements Database data. We do not publish the original requestor's information or the purpose of the request.
Report on Enterprise Bargaining - February 2017
As shown in recent Trends in Federal Enterprise Bargaining quarterly report, there has been a decline in the number of private sector agreements. However, coverage in the public sector has not changed significantly. This paper focuses on the private sector and reports on the observed trend in greater detail including by agreement size, industry and union coverage.
