Digital ID for Employment Services Providers
The department requires all employment services provider staff to have a digital ID (like myID) for accessing the department’s online services, including the Workforce Australia website.
When a provider staff member has their Digital ID set-up, they will need:
- an authorisation to the Provider’s ABN from Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM)
- be invited to register an account in the Employment Security Access Management (eSAM) system
This is administered by the Employment Services Provider’s Principal Authority or Authorisation Administrator, and eSAM Organisation Security Contact.
