National Priority Fund Project	Organisation	Description
Care for Career	Crest NT	The Care for Career project is addressing workforce shortages in the aged care and disability sectors by promoting career opportunities and reducing barriers to recruitment and retention. Capacity building and mentoring opportunities for up to 180 participants will support them to find their place in the community care sector within the Northern Territory. Wrap-around support for participants, including mentoring, will complement the development of work-related skills. The project also includes an industry positioning campaign, establishment of a NT Care for Career taskforce, and stand-up of a ‘Hub’ to seamlessly connect a work-ready workforce with employers. Local Recovery Funds

A Local Recovery Fund is available in the Darwin (includes Alice Springs) region for projects that meet the priorities identified in the Local Jobs Plan.

Projects will be identified for funding through periodic Request for Proposals (RFP).
