The jobactive program was the Australian Government-funded employment service market program between 1 July 2015 and 30 June 2022. It replaced Job Services Australia and was replaced by Workforce Australia Services from July 2022.

Final report (July 2015 to December 2018)
This evaluation report provides a comprehensive assessment of the operation of the jobactive program between July 2015 and December 2018. The report addresses questions of appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency. Using a mixed-method approach, it assesses key components of the program including participation, engagement and outcomes for participants and employers. The report also compares outcomes and operations of jobactive with the previous employment services model, Job Services Australia.
