Access to the Fair Entitlements Guarantee (FEG)
The Australian Government has agreed to allow early access to FEG for employees of Oceania Glass. Employees can lodge a FEG claim online by visiting Fair Entitlements Guarantee (FEG).

The Australian Government provides a wide range of supports and services for any worker who loses their job.
All Oceania Glass employees are encouraged to attend a Next Steps Information Session, (either in-person or online) to hear about the free services available to help you find work, access training and where to get financial advice and other information you may need.

Immediate assistance is available to all retrenched workers to help you find a job, access training or help you decide on your next steps.

If you have been retrenched, you and your partner can access immediate support for up to 3 months before and up to 6 months after your retrenchment date. The Local Employment Transition Service (LETS) can help during a retrenchment process. There’s also a range of Jobs Victoria services that can provide support if you’re finding it hard to get a new job.
