UK Return to ICT program evaluation report
The UK Government Equalities Office funded a pilot program, Return to ICT, to support people looking to return to the Information and communications technology (ICT) sector after taking a career break.
The program ran from 2020 to 2021, and was delivered in partnership with the Local Government Association and Socitm. Returners were given training to update their skills and support them into ICT roles within local councils.
This report details the evaluation of the program.
