The OES was an Australian Government initiative that delivered employment services under jobactive to job seekers using a digital platform. This evaluation provides an assessment of the appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency of digital services and found that:
- online servicing is efficient and effective in delivering employment services to the most-job ready participants
- the majority of job seekers who participated in OES were satisfied with online servicing and the jobactive website
- it is important to ensure that online servicing is targeted to the most job-ready job seekers.

The Online Employment Services (OES) evaluation contains findings from the evaluation of the digital services from 2020 to 2022. It ran concurrently to the jobactive model and was replaced by Workforce Australia Online from 1 July 2022.
