The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations regularly publishes data about the people participating in the Workforce Australia program.

Workforce Australia is the employment service delivered by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.

The department publishes a range of data items related to the people who participate in this employment service, including:

  • Sex by age groups
  • Indigenous Australians
  • People With Disability
  • Culturally And Linguistically Diverse
  • Refugee
  • Allowance Group – JobSeeker Payment
  • Allowance Group – Youth Allowance
  • Allowance Group – Others
  • Partial Capacity to Work
  • Education – less than Year 12
  • Education – Completed Year 12
  • Education – Non-School qualification

The data we have published is complete for the Workforce Australia program, which began operation in July 2022.

The declared earnings data for participants on Workforce Australia (all programs) and ParentsNext caseload are not available from July 2023 onwards.

Future publication schedule

The Workforce Australia caseload data series will be released monthly.

The Workforce Australia caseload trend data series will be updated each month at the same time as the release of the monthly snapshot data.
