The Department of Education, Skills and Employment publishes reports on a range of job seeker compliance data.

The data relates to those job seekers on activity tested income support payments for the relevant financial year and captures key Targeted Compliance Framework statistics including: job seeker/participant zone status, zone transitions, payment suspensions, demerits, capability reviews and applied financial penalties.

The figures in this report were impacted by the job seeker contingency arrangements enacted in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
