The Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes No. 2) Act 2024 (Closing Loopholes No. 2) received Royal Assent on 26 February 2024.
Closing Loopholes No. 2 amends workplace relations laws and follows the Royal Assent of the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Act 2023 on 14 December 2023.
