The review panel is conducting a joint review of the operation of the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) Act 2022 and the amendments made by Part 16A of Schedule 1 of the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Act 2023 (the Secure Jobs, Better Pay Review).

More information is available at Secure Jobs, Better Pay Review - Terms of reference.

The Review Panel is calling for submissions and evidence from all interested stakeholders. Submissions close on 29 November 2024.

  • any unintended consequences of the amendments
  • whether further amendments to the Fair Work Act 2009, or any other legislation are necessary to improve the operation of the amendments to rectify any unintended consequences that are identified.
