Job Services Australia (JSA) commenced on 1 July 2009 and replaced the Job Network model. It was initially contracted for a three-year period to 30 June 2012. The JSA model (with modifications) was then extended from 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2015. It was replaced by jobactive from 1 July 2015.

JSA Quality Standards Pilot Evaluation Report
The JSA Quality Standards Pilot took place from 1 January 2013 to 1 March 2014. Volunteering Employment Services Providers worked with the (former) Department of Employment to test and finalise a revised Quality Assurance Framework for the next employment services contracts.
