  • Sydney North and West (Accommodation and Food Services industry).

In each of these regions, the JobExplore project featured 3 key deliverables:

  2. Virtual Work Immersion Program – a custom-built online training course for participants that replicates real-life tasks based on industry needs.
  3. Ask That! – an employer, participant and provider event that showcases available vacancies in the industry and provides participants with opportunities to ask questions and attend interviews with local employers.

As part of the project, participants were offered employment and up to 4 weeks of post placement support. The Finer Line will also be developing a digital Playbook that comprehensively documents how other organisations can independently host their own JobExplore Industry Pathway.
