Eligibility for FEG assistance
You may be eligible for FEG assistance if your employer entered liquidation or bankruptcy on or after 5 December 2012.
The Fair Entitlements Guarantee Act 2012 sets out the eligibility requirements for FEG.

How to apply for FEG assistance
The preferred way for you to lodge your claim for FEG assistance is online at FEG Online Services.
FEG Online Services is easy to use and will ensure that we receive your claim promptly. The How do I access FEG Online Services fact sheet provides a step-by-step guide to using FEG Online Services.

If it is not possible to use FEG Online Services, you can print and complete the FEG claim form and email or post it to us. Or you can call the FEG Hotline and we will post the claim form to you.
