Fair Entitlements Guarantee Act 2012 (FEG Act) – we use the FEG Act to determine eligibility for FEG assistance.

Fair Entitlements Guarantee Regulations 2022 – allows for financial assistance to be advanced to contract out workers in the textile, clothing and footwear industry (TCF contract outworkers) in the event those amounts are unpaid due to the insolvency or bankruptcy of the person who engaged them to carry out the work.
Fair Entitlements Guarantee (Indexation of Maximum Weekly Wage) Regulations 2023 – provides for annual indexation of the ‘maximum weekly wage’ figure in accordance with the FEG Act.
