The successful organisations from the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services 2024-26 Request for Tender (RFT) have been announced.
The RFT outcomes deliver a greater variety of organisations providing targeted support to Australian Apprentices and their employers.
Nine organisations will be delivering a new model from 1 July 2024. Within the new model there will be a greater focus on apprentices who face additional barriers to completion, ensuring they have access to targeted mentoring and personalised assistance.
It also introduces Specialist Providers to provide expertise across key areas:
- Women in ‘male dominated’ trades,
- First Nations Australian Apprentices, and
- Australian Apprenticeships working towards clean energy occupations.
