Employment Services Outcomes Reports

The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations monitors outcomes for employment services participants through Post-Program Monitoring (PPM) surveys. These surveys measure a range of items such as participants’ employment status and their satisfaction with various aspects of employment services. Results are calculated for a 12-month period and updated quarterly.

The most recently completed survey period captures the experiences of people who participated in employment services between July 2021 to June 2022, with detailed findings published in data tables at the following links:

Comparisons between the outcomes reported here and those of other programs should be treated with caution as outcomes are affected by differences in program eligibility, geographical location, education and non-vocational barriers to employment. The Post-Program Monitoring surveys do not control for these differences.
