Our 2023 APS Employee Census results
We are proud to share our inaugural results of the APS Employee Census, which reflect the views of our staff since the establishment of the department on 1 July 2022. Between May and June 2023, 80% of our people responded to the Census survey.
The 2023 Census results demonstrate our commitment to fostering a curious and inclusive workplace culture and that our people are proud of the work we do.

If you are planning to analyse data from our results, we encourage you to consider it in context. The APS is composed of more than 100 agencies of varying sizes and functions. Similar agency sizes and functions should be taken into account when comparing data.
