Participant Surveys

The department runs several surveys that ask participants about their experiences of Australian Government employment services and their progress with work and education.

On this page:

Participants are regularly surveyed by the department about their experiences of Australian Government employment services and their progress with work and education.

The Australian Government monitors the help that people receive from employment services to make sure that participants are receiving the best quality services possible.

Selected participants are invited to share what they think about the assistance they have received to help the Government plan and improve its employment services, and better understand the experiences of the people who use them.
