This guide has been developed to support the submission of applications from organisations seeking the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (Department) assessment of their work-focussed program as an approved Non-Government Program (NGP).

Each month (your points reporting period) you’ll need to earn a set number of points (your points target) to meet your mutual obligation requirements in return for income support.

If you’re aged 15 to 24, the Transition to Work employment service can help you into work (including apprenticeships and training) or education. You’ll get practical support to build your skills and confidence to continue your education or get you ready to start a new job.

The Job Seeker Snapshot is a questionnaire that collects participants’ (job seekers’) personal information to understand their personal circumstances, job search confidence, strengths, and any barriers or issues they may have in relation to finding employment.

In this module you'll learn about Transition to Work (TtW) outcomes, when you can claim them and what documentary evidence you'll be required to provide. This module must be completed before making a claim for a TtW outcome payment.
