These are the Ministers' Guidelines to assess applications under section 100 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (Section 100).
Under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (Section 100), the Minister for Industrial Relations may declare a corporation eligible to apply for a workers' compensation self-insurance licence in the Comcare scheme. The information package provides assistance to private corporations considering applying for a Ministerial declaration of eligibility for a self-insurance licence under the Comcare scheme.
