VSL approved course providers can take the refresher quiz at any time.
The refresher quiz is a useful way to refresh your knowledge of certain VSL program requirements for approved course providers. It is important you are familiar with your ongoing obligations throughout your approval period.
The VET Student Loans Act 2016 (the Act) and the VET Student Loans Rules 2016 (the Rules) set out:
- all the requirements that must be met by VSL approved course providers throughout their approval period, and
- matters the Secretary may have regard to in relation to VSL providers’ status as a VSL approved course provider.
If your approval period ends in the next six months, and you wish to apply for a further period as a VSL provider, take the refresher quiz to submit a notice to apply.
