The Phase 1 New Employment Services Trial (NEST) evaluation contains findings from the evaluation of the trial from July 2019 to June 2021.
The evaluation provides evidence of the policy settings tested in the trial through capturing experiences and requirements of participants, providers, and other stakeholders and providing continuous feedback on policy settings in practice. The evaluation covers Digital Services, Enhanced Services, the digital platform and the Points Based Activation System.
