The Terms of Reference for the Review of the Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman was issued on 3 July 2023.
The Terms of Reference required the review to provide a suite of recommendations, identifying efficiencies and opportunities for savings consistent with the Budget announcement.
Final Report
The Review of the Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman is now complete. The Final Report was provided to the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations on 12 December 2023.
