Consultation to inform and shape the new employment services model has included:

An independent Employment Services Expert Advisory Panel established to inform the design of future employment services.
A New Employment Services Trial from 1 July 2019 in Adelaide South in South Australia and Mid North Coast in New South Wales.
Consultation on the Points Based Activation System with providers participating in the New Employment Services Trial.
CEO forums and CEO monthly livestreams to provide regular updates to providers on the new model.
Testing the Payments Model in the New Employment Services Trial.
Stakeholder forums to facilitate two-way dialogue with providers and businesses.
Employment Services Advisory Group (ESAG) to support the Government’s focus on skills, training and employment services.

Training and Support

Providers can refer to webinars, presentation and training modules on topics such as Workforce Australia - overview, fraud and privacy, the Points Based Activation System and Job Plans.
