  • formalise support programs available to returning mothers.

The Rollease Acmeda Human Resources (HR) team are focused on:

  • utilising communication channels and rewording job advertisements to appeal to women and staff returning to the workforce, such as using gender-neutral language.
  • participating in the Career Revive Action Learning Groups and capability workshops, including:
    • job crafting
    • inclusive recruitment
    • diversity and inclusion
    • onboarding.

Since the beginning  of 2022, the warehouse team has successfully recruited and retained two additional female employees.

The executive and managerial team support the introduction of activities related to diversity and inclusion, including working with the newly formed People, Equality and Culture (PEC) Committee to drive change and innovation.
